★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin was professional in how he handled the change of car battery. He helped me to confirm that the cost of my new battery is included in my Toyota servicing package using his laptop. Perhaps Toyota could improve on this speed of checking by designing a phone app for your service agents to do this checking faster.
As a result I only paid for the transport cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Toyota Leng Kee Service Centre, highly recommended (Service Advisor - Mr. Winston) Has been service with this service center since year 2008 till now. Already changed few Toyota models and still come back here for servicing. When we feedback our issue, they will ask Technician to drive together with us and solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the night my car could not start and i called Toyota Roadside Assistance. Call was immediately connected to Jamal, he immediately offered to come down to have a look at my car. Jamal arrived within 30 mins and was quick to diagnose it was a battery problem. As the battery was under warranty, I got a free replacement. Thanks for the fast service Jamal, really appreciate it!

He offered sound advice and saved me time and money as he correctly identified the cause and resolved my issues without me having to go for a more expensive replacement.
