★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with my car service yesterday. Benjamin attended to my needs, patiently listening to my complaint on noise generating from my brakes. My complaint was well attended to and brakes are no longer making that much noise now. Looking forward to work with Benjamin on my next visit. Service was excellent and prompt from him too.

The servicing was not cheap but Steven gave me much reassurance with his thorough explanation of what needs to be done and care of details.

Added plus they offer a hearty breakfast to all customers who are doing their servicing. There is a choice of a local or western breakfast. The breakfast hasn’t disappointed.

I’ll like to make special mention of Steven Chew who had been taking good care of our cars over the years. There was this one occasion where I could not understand the technical issue I had on my hand. He took me for a test drive and explained to me in layman terms, showing me the issue during the drive. This went above my expectations of a car servicing experience. I were throughly impressed and since then I always asked for Steven to take care of my car. Keep it up, Lexus Service Centre!
