★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some weeks back, in the morning, i brought in my Forester as instructed under an official Subaru recall which I was told on the phone was a relatively quick procedure. Service Adviser I turned over my keys to told me it when I asked, car would be ready only by late PM. I responded, "Oh I understood it was a quick job." SA's reply "You think yours is the only car we work on? No need to line up?"
Kudos on a job well done! I'll always keep in mind how much Motor Image values my custom... after they sold me the car.
