★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible office. They don't take calls during lunch hour from 1pm to 2pm. yet no one answers at 2.10pm!!! And when you finally get thru' at 2.20 pm, the recording says "sorry, no one is available to answer the call", and please leave a message. And when you try leaving a message, you hear this: "sorry, our voice mail is full" or something to that effect. You have the impression that they don't care about their customers.
