However, after putting in some feedback to them they took the feedback to heart and they gave us an even better offer than initially we agreed upon and significantly improved their overall customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a greatly satisfied customer of the Beuro & Jahan Gallery since 2014 when I came to Singapore from London. I cannot be more pleased with the stylish choice of furniture available, especially as it has come with first class service. Over the years the staff have been more than supportive towards my needs even at times of indecision on my part. Their patience, understanding and even guidance has helped me tremendously in designing many aspects of my home - living area, dining, reading area, and office space. What was particularly helpful was learning more about carpets which I had not dealt with before – their expertise, extraordinary range of choices and accommodating & friendly nature throughout the processes made my journey much more comfortable and allowed me to feel confident in my decisions. It always puts a smile on my face when guests visit my home and genuinely appreciate the efforts put in to the design - none which could have manifested without the help of Beuro & Jahan Gallery.
I will always go back there and would recommend this store to anyone who I feel can appreciate the stylish choices they offer and who want to put real effort into designing their homes.
