★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude service! staff talks like their stuff are expensive and I can't afford it. Can even say their stuff are not from China & Indonesia. Why do they have to look down on on the products of those countries? totally disgusted. This is not the way to talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. Fabric (not cheap) did not match store sample colour - store management hostile in response. Then fabric colour degraded so badly we had to replace within 18 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden treasure at TBL! We were looking for cloth to upholster a sofa, and while initially looking for something plain, we immediately fell in love with one of their rather wild prints.
Their selection is very wide, and the staff is helpful and patient to help show you the different catalogues and point out alternatives.
Beware that prices are quite high, but you get quality for it. We also had to wait quite a while for our cloth to be delivered, as it had to be ordered from Europe.

The team have always gone the extra mile to find me what i need...(even if it meant pointing me to another supplier)..that’s customer service for you!
I’m a repeat customer because when it comes to upholstery(like good wine), you get what you pay for!

The staff are friendly and knowledgable, and I don't know of anywhere in Singapore which offers a better service for sourcing and supplying upholstery and curtains. Definitely the first port of call for anyone refurbishing their home
