The commenter Gavin you work there buddy right? So your comment isn’t impartial merely anything other then marketing attempt. The furniture as they say not made in Japan they are made in Thailand. So there is no way to justify exorbitant price or so called lead time of 4 weeks. After all the misleading information, how would you ever believe in what they say. Sticker is in Japanese so it is easy to spot it where Is it made in. Thanks to google lens it didn’t take to find out the truth. if you check the other comments below people naively thinks that the furniture is Japanese made furniture. How about some apologies? The authencity is another thing. Using labelling in Japanese is another part of the game. When you say that they are Japanese made, comes from Japan or anything pertaining Japanese other then design is clearly misleading. when you give your customers 4 weeks lead time due to some Japanese holiday there as if they are coming from Japan. Does IKEA suggest whether their products Sweden made? There are work ethics that you should observe! I should have told me downright where it was made in. Bottom line If I knew that the furniture had been made in Thailand not Japan I wouldn’t have paid 2k for a table. YOU TOLD ME THEY ARE MADE IN JAPAN! Looks like denying it.

Complete fraud - once you’ve paid they don’t care whether their product is defective or faulty. They will stone wall you in every way. Bought a storage bed two weeks ago which has a major design flaw - the mattress slides out of the bed WHILE you are lying on it, until half the mattress is hanging out (ours is a thick heavy Sealy Queensize mattress). We have called innumerable times, they never return any calls or tell us how they intend to fix things. We have now visited the shop twice and was told by one of their staff that apparently everyone’s beds’ mattresses slide off and it’s quite natural. We have a newborn baby and needed to make space in the house. Instead, now this is what we are dealing with. Avoid these vile people like the plague. Oh, and they sent us the wrong bed frame at first btw. As if being new parents wasn’t hard enough, we are now arguing about whether bed mattresses are “supposed” to slide off your bed frame.

Products are rip off. Not really made in Japan and the owner treats customers as if we can't afford their furniture. Telling me their products are really "expensive". If this is how you treat your customers, I suggest you go through proper customer service training

They have very interesting japanese style furniture. Quite similar to those in japanese homes. The staff was patient and explained in detail, the history and process of signature pieces.

Bedframe which i’ve purchased developed drywood termite infestation after 3 years. After opening the fabric up, i was pretty shocked by how shoddy the interior of the bedframe looked. I’m no expert but it certainly aint what i would expect. For the record, this was the only piece of furniture in my house which was bought from Hommage.

Excellent range of Japanese furniture and home accessories. The standard of customer service is equally outstanding! I will definitely be back to shop for my home finishing needs at Hommage Lifestyle.
