We were left behind at the border in Singapore eventhough we cleared immigration in normal time. It's not possible to be any faster and the line for passport check was only 4 people. So how are we supposed to be any faster??? Use another bus operator!

Took the bus from Singapore to Mersing. When we crossed the border to do the checkin, our bus was gone when we came back. Eventually we had to take a taxi together with two other passengers. A waste of money!

Bus was relatively safe but beware if you are a foreign tourist because bus company routes through Woodlands checkpoint and it will get VERY busy on weekend nights. As others have mentioned, best to take everything down from the bus or risk having the bus leave without you. Lounge area was adequate but couches were in a sorry state. Bus left Plaza @ Beach Rd exactly at 7.30pm and we picked up some more passengers from Larkin Bus Terminal at 10.15pm and finally reached Mersing at 12.20am the next day. Above timing is reference for a Thursday night so weekends might be crazier.

Travelled from Mersing to Singapore. The first of two busses that day, which we had booked was cancelled without any refund. We finally got on the second bus which abandoned us (my partner & I + a family with 4 kids) at the border to Singapore. Very bad experience. Sadly apparently the only company which serves that route.

We booked tickets from Singapore to Mersing. We got into the bus, drove to the Malaysian border where we got out with our belongings. (standard procedure) It was on a weekend and the waiting hall for the counter was packed with people. We had to wait for about one and a half hour to get through. After the border, we found out, that the bus drove on, empty. Every passenger (group of 20+ people, mostly tourists) were just left at the border. We called the agency, they said that they would get back at me, when they found out what happened. I never got a return call. We lost a book, sunglasses and a scarf, had to go to the next bus station and finally took a taxi to Mersing.

These guys really don't care about anything. On the way to Mersing the bus broke down for an hour (after a nightmare 1hr45 immigration wait at Malaysian border. No explanation on either wait at all). We ended up missing the last ferry of the day as a consequence. They insist you take your bags at immigration so they can leave you if necessary (see other reviews). On the way back, they picked us up at the correct time only to stop 2 minutes in for a 20 minute lunch break. Air conditioning leaks heavily into seats and is always on full blast, the buses are tired beyond belief. The question you need to ask is whether saving money on a private car is a real saving at all - especially when the trip could be closer to six hours rather than the advertised 3hr15
