★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why were all the bad reviews removed?
Many others and myself did feedback on your poor service? So that others can be aware.
Please put them back to fair to those who could be bothered to give feedback.
Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ride from SG to genting was okay. Ride from genting to SG is really bad. Customer service is not bad but poor. Crew member not well trained. Close the curtain when customer is eating dust flying ... How to eat?????!!!! That was not the last stop apparently and she use her hand to cross over my head to pull the curtain over to the other end while I'm eating. "Very smart move". She need more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled with my family which include 2 kids and 2 elderly to KL and they don't even bother to drop us at hotel entrance and want us to walk 5 min to 10 min walk to the hotel with our lugguages and with kids and elderly. There are a lot of vehicles there and we have to see their map to locate where is the hotel. This type of service really very ridiculous for packages booked with travel agency.
The person Sarah who help us book also didn't explain to us properly. When we call back singapore branch to ask, they still deny say they don't have hotel approval to stop there. And they deny everything and say everything is black and white stated on invoice and mentioned she got inform us when we do the booking and ask us to take grab taxi instead. But we are not told and aware of it till we collect the tickets on actual day at golden mile complex when they give us the map. When we go back singapore, the bus even break down on the bridge and we need to wait for another bus to come and is raining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again! On our trip from KL to Singapore Transtar abandoned us at the Singapore border. We were held up at immigration for approx. 20 min and when we exited, our bus had left without us. We waved & yelled at another Transtar bus, which nearly hit us when we tried to wave it down. The driver finally opened the door and let us in once we showed him our ticket. We went to the Transtar office on Beach Road and sent 2 emails explaining our situation. We had left a bag with drinks, snacks & blankets on the bus which must have been taken by the staff of the bus company & never returned. We didn't receive a refund or a compensation, not even a sorry for abandoning us in the middle of nowhere. Appalling service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is old and dirty and even break down on the bridge when we go back singapore. Windscreen also crack and didn't repair. Terrible service by Transtar and employee are not well trained to speak to customer problems and enquiry. We waited more than 1 hour for another bus to come. And it is raining heavily, we need to change from 1 bus to another bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trip from Singapore to KL was OK but the trip currently I'm in now, bus AHJ 380 is the worst and worst among other buses! Requested for the aircon to be on stronger but it was the max!? The bus the feel of heat. The strength of the wind is like a level 1 strength!! Heard bus driver even said: "hot? Then?" this service is the worst service that could be provided with the amount of money paid with our time travelled with. Pls comsumers, do not book this unless you are ready to be issue complain to this company but be mindful that this company won't give any answer that could ease your anger nor your discomfort in the bus. I'm writing this review while on the bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask about the specifics of the bus ride that my family and I would be boarding in a few days time but was met with an extremely rude and condescending service-line person named Allen. He chided me for calling the line, and his exact words (in Mandarin) were “You ordered it online so you should already know the specifics, next time don’t bother calling this hotline since we won’t help you check it”, and was rude throughout the phone call(aside from the very last part of the call where his tone improved since I asked for his name). Extremely disappointed at the service. If you are unwilling to answer customer’s queries and unwilling to help customers do a simple check on the bus details, why even have a hotline in the very first place? Not sure if the call was recorded on Transtar’s side for training purposes, but if it is, feel free to contact me if you need any more specifics on the call and I’ll provide you with the full details. If Allen’s attitude represents the attitude of all of Transtar’s service line staff, then it would mean that Transtar’s service is atrocious and booking anything from Transtar would be a terrible idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents were supposed to be going to sunway lagoon, but were left stranded at a random terminal in malaysia as the bus broke down. Driver did not bother to help or arrange another transport for them, luckily a kind soul in malaysia offered help.
I dropped Transtar an email regarding this and they ignored my feedback.
Very irresponsible company, avoid at all cost.
