This is worst service provider. ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!! Incident date: 1st July 2022, We boarded bus from Singapore and was travelling to Malaysia. In between at immigration check post because of one print out immigration team asked to go and take print out and that took max 15min. I did notified driver but he left us at the same place and went. Being a tourist it was really tough to get a different bus and go. When we asked to give us refund they are not responding. Please never use this service and go with something else.

Unreliable, rude and unnecessary delays. Saw the bad reviews online but decided to give it a try and it was the worst decision ever. Buses arrived late and they even gave us the wrong coach number. After 2 attempts to communicate with them, they finally provided with the correct bus number because the first time they simply brushed us off. We booked the Solitaire Suite but service given was not even close to good. There were many unnecessary delays such as waiting an hour for the attendants to buy KFC. Back in SG, buses heading towards JE/Tampines/etc left without us and we were all forced to take the one bus left which only goes to Golden Mile. Bus driver was rude and the whole situation was so messy and chaotic. Transtar totally washed their hands off these situations as they were either not yet opened for business or closed for the day. Super unreliable and irresponsible! Worst service ever.

Singapore- Malaysia VTL Bus ticket - Lack of transparency. Do not announce ticket selling open date a few days in advance in website ,suddenly or when moment you hear it and check availability report, it is already fully booked, like now fully booked till 21/03/2020 but website only announced ticket selling date for 1st week of March which was out of date. Transtar management to look into it, thanks.

Would give 5 star for transtar before covid but when i travel to sin-kul after covid, the travel experience went nightmare.. Totally disappointed. At first the air cond not working well, then got many flies inside the bus, the blanket soo dusty. When we halfway to singapore the bus main door open then the luggage door open. We was then transferred from solitaire bus to normal bus. The nightmare not end yet.. After we clear our immigration at singapore, the bus leaved us. We hv to pay extra money and took another bus to reach golden mile tower. We took bus at imbi @ 12pm and reached golden mile tower at 10.30pm.. Totally disappointed..

I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Transtar in Singapore and Malaysia for their prompt, friendly and understandable approach to help me to travel to Malaysia to attend to my father funeral last week and to get to Singapore afterwords. The waiting time and the prompt action by the staff at the counter was exceptional good. I couldn't thank you enough for all of the supports your staff had rendered to me and my family members at time we needed it most. Once again, thank you very much.

Very Comfortable.. theres tv, cable to charge your device.. massage chair. Can fully adjust the chair for you to sleep comfortably and simple dinner onboard. Free coffee or tea. Book solitaire suites bus ride to kl.

TS1 bus experience. The rest I don't know. I went down to changi airport counter to ask as I have experience waiting at EXPO STATION B for bus but no arrival. Staff say Bus TS1 confirm departs from changi airport T1 on time 8.15am /10.15am/2.15pm/5.15pm/9.15pm. Be there 10-15mins earlier. Coach bay 8/9 BUT timing is a lil unpredictable for other stops and usually depends on traffic. Counter staff suggest be there earlier than stated time. There's a TS1 SIGN on lower right of bus front. Bus won't stop unless they see someone waving at it. So keep a lookout. Don't look at handphone and miss the bus. After you alight checkpoint, bus only wait 15-20mins due to their laws. If you miss bus TS1, keep ur ticket can board next TS bus for free if you want to wait. Otherwise just use ezlink board any random bus to JB check point. Trip back I not too sure, but because I am only desperate to know if TS1 is confirm operating and they are daily at ONLY 6 different timing. I post some photo from the counter. Hope it helps answer some questions. Best is go airport take TS1 as staff say sure depart on stated time. From changi airport ARRIVAL level 1, got coach sign/ask customer service to direct to transtar counter.

Highly recommended 很ε₯½ ❀️ A perfect blend of luxury and affordability, you can use the extra savings for other pleasures during your Genting stay :) for tldr readers, details about the bus itself is on the next paragraph :) I booked a trip for my mum and I via easybook from Golden Mile to Genting Highlands and the entire search and purchase process was quite smooth without any major hiccup. Our boarding code is LM6XESPF for 19 April 2022 at 6.15am on bus WYD7999. The leg room is equivalent to some business class seats for domestic flights in US and EU so good news if you are between 175cm and 190cm of height. The seat is adjustable up to a 70Β° angle without affecting the passenger behind so you can rest your eyes without feeling socially guilty haha. Three different back massage options can be chosen via the buttons by your left arm rest, suitable for people who are not used to massages as the strength is similar to that of jacuzzis, I like using it for a few minutes once an hour etc. There is a USB-A charging port via the monitor screen for convenience and more complex charging options by your left feet on the floor so you never have to think about battery management and can use that energy to think about what food you like etc. Overall, it is truly a marvel that we can visit Malaysia and the whole process via land is so similar to pre endemic days ❀️ having such a wonderful travel experience thanks to Transtar is a much welcome cherry on top of a cake that I felt I had to tell everybody about this good news. I am going to give every staff at Transtar an ang bao if I win big! Because they played a part in my good mood this holiday.
