โ โ โ โ โ Surprisingly good for Dim Sum at east side. Not too crowded on Friday night so you can feel free to enjoy food during Covid. Their price is in high side but the quality for food and service also high. It healed your bad day very well. Want to try their congee too(I saw every table ordered that) definitely go back again

Food taste and quality matched our expectations. We went for items not normally found in hawker centres. Charcoal ๆตๆฒๅ

็ฎๅท also tasted good. Prices are normal for casual Chinese restaurant chains.
If you want value for money or the usual dim sum items, you can find that in the food centres.

โ โ โ โ โ Came on a weekday for lunch and it was quite crowded. There is not only dim sum around but normal dishes like noodles, congee as well. We ordered a few dim sums and nostly tasted quite not bad. Congee was silky smooth with Hong-Kong taste while noodles was also good but smaller portion than expected. Services wise seems to be lacking, they might be overwhelmed with the crowd? But there is no basic services like saying thanks or mentioned what dish is this etc. Be careful of the tables alighting as well when you put your food as they don't seems to be of the same height.
Price wise it actually quite expensive as well considering this is a heartland mall area.

โ โ โ โ โ My favourite Tim Sum place, looking forward to its re-opening after renovation (Apr2022)! I highly recommend the salted egg bun (the black buns with a golden stripe across) but be careful of the hot fillings. The buns have an elevated "feeling", haha!

โ โ โ โ โ Came here for early dinner after doing some shopping. Ordered quite a few dim sum and we enjoyed all! 3 of us found it hard to pick favourite! Thatโs how good we found it. Good service and itโs spacious for us to push in a pram. Will come back again to try more!

โ โ โ โ โ Surprising crowded during weekday lunch. Decided to have dim sum for lunch, came without reservation and seats were immediately available, the place gets more crowded during lunch time. Overall the dim sums are good, no wow factor but itโs good enough for a good dim sum meal. The egg York bun and the crispy bean curb skin are my favorite. Carrot cake, chicken feet and pork ribs are ok. Service is good, they keep coming back to refill the Chinese tea once they saw that the cup is empty. Overall a good dim sum dining experience. Wonโt mind coming back for more
