β β β β β Really great experience with T3. I was involved in a bike accident and needed a new front wheel and full servicing ASAP, as I had a race just a few weeks later. Jacob was incredibly helpful and even with the global supply constraints, figured out how to get my replacement wheels and my bike up and running quicker than I would have ever thought possible. I am indebted to Jacob and his team and will certainly be a return customer. Thanks guys!

The staff takes their time to answer all my questions and makes sure I am well attended to and taken care off. The after sales service is impeccable as well! β β β β β Hussein was just amazing with the speed of his service. Tyres changed and new pedals fixed within minutes!!! I also enjoyed the experience he and another guy, Raphael offered. They are warm , friendly and non intimidating. I can ask them any questions and they will patiently explain. I recommend this bike shop at Figaro to everyone. Donβt bother going elsewhere !!

β β β β β I was looking at power meter solutions for Dura Ace 12s and stumbled across their photos in Instagram. Contacted them to enquire and decided to make the trip down to the shop. They had stock for the 4iii PM set and had it installed on my bike in just under an hour. Really poisonous place too as I got bitten to get the SLF Motion OSPW too. Great service and friendly stuff. Highly recommended place for anybodyβs bike upgrades.

β β β β β Iβm grateful for the young gentleman that served and advised me. Itβs my first road bike and as a newbie iβve so many questions, his advice was simple βinvest in the best without exploding the bank and make sure u can enjoy the process first before u upgradeβ.
Now, iβm heading back there again to do simple upgrades.
