Horrible and rude service!! I had to choose at least 1 star in order to post this review so no choice, otherwise it would have been no star or negative stars. I visited this shop for the first time because I had a package from another place that was transferred to this company. Tried several times to make appointments before but they always told me that they are fully booked (but you will see many staff walking around). Anyway, called in 3 weeks in advance to make an appointment for myself and to bring my mom there for a birthday celebration. 3 weeks in advance, for a session on a Friday afternoon, yet they could only take in for 1 pax. Is it truly business so good, or they sell too many packages, more than they can manage? I specifically told them that i was going to use my package for my mom as it was her birthday. The moment i arrived at the shop, I specifically told the staff not to sell any packages to my mom. Then the sales consultant brought us to a tiny room, and kept trying to explain what kind of "treatment" they provide like slimming etc. My mom told the consultant that she didn't want any slimming and that we are just here for a simple massage. But the sales consultant was very rude and insisted on explaining saying that this is her responsibility. We repeated again to her that all we wanted to do is a simple massage and ended up, we got frustrated because she was explaining in a jargon that we didn't understand. She told my mom something like, "we will do a G10 and xxx and xxx for you".. we don't even understand what is G10 and when we told her that we don't understand what she was talking about, she rebutted us saying that we didn't let her explain. So anyway, with her attitude and all the time she was taking to explain eventually got us a little frustrated then, we asked her how much the session cost. She quoted my mom a treatment session of $300+! only for 1 session! I told the sales consultant that she really didn't have to explain all these to my mom, i already prompted them that i am bringing my mom for a birthday celebration and i will settle the bill myself, and her response to me is "but she ask me what!!" Anyway, me and my mom left without using any of their service. Shortly after, one of their staff whatsapp me to ask me what happened which i explained to her but eventually the messages also died a natural death. i texted her again and told her to ask for a refund of my balance but the response was that "the previous shop is already no longer operate and yr value not much". Anyway, in my opinion, this is not a body wellness shop. This is more like a slimming centre with several rude and condescending staff.

I was charged $398 for a facial at Plaza Singapura oulet then offered a package of min 5 sessions for similar treatment at half price! Even offered FOC for e first treatment. My point is why the huge difference in price? So a walk-in customer is likely to be exorbitantly overcharged compared to someone who has signed a package? Is this fair pricing? So please be warned!
