Scammer! Sold me a package but once got issue no response from the management team. Consultant said that the operation manager should be the one who follow up but for months (Dec last year) till now, keep chasing but no one contact me. Consultant also said that he cannot get a reply from the management. If own staff also cannot contact their management then I think there is something really wrong with the organisation. If you want to sign package with them, pls really consider. U have no one to check with once there is any issue.

I have been a member with True Yoga since it started its operations. Truth be told, it began on a good note. However, over the years, it has slackened way too much in terms of customer service, quality of teachers & club cleanliness. I have feedbacked years ago regarding the quality of its instructors & the cleanliness of the female shower cubicles but nothing significant have been done. I hope the renovations will make a huge improvement to the centre. Also, do keep in mind that instructors make a whole lot of difference to the quality of your classes. If you want your members to stay or expand your membership, you got to have really good instructors. Just in case some of you are wondering why i am still with True group, that is because i am a black card holder i.e. a lifetime membership ? Otherwise, i would have gone to another studio.

I have been with TY for more than 7years. Things have changed from when i joined in 2007. Toilet conditions have vastly improved after the reno was done. Studios have increased but rooms of course became a squeeze. I give the management and staff credit for doing a good job during Covid to enforce discipline and hygiene so that members can continue to go for our activity. I like that the schedule is monthly adjusted ,so that i can participate in some of popular classes which i cant attend. I dun prefer hard sell (like everyone else), but when i enjoy the masters' teaching , benefitted what they share, along with a pleasant environment minus loud/rude members and hence i will continue with TY. No looking back perhaps?

Reading all the negative comments compelled me to write a review to return some justice to it. I haven’t been to the place pre renovation so I’m not sure what are the changes. But the current gym and toilets and the entire place is super squeaky clean. And during peak hours it is still relatively spacious and the toilets are clean and spacious and more than enough shower cubicles. My consultant Wan has been more than patient and kind. And I have never experienced any pushy or whatever sales tactic others been talking about. And please. A free trial is free. So don’t complain so much. If you’re not happy then just don’t sign up.

Hi there, I am writing to account the experience that your staff by the name of Sean* at the reception at Pacific Plaza, to be frank I am not even certain if this was his genuine name as he was reluctant to provide his name when asked to account this feedback. But I'm pretty sure this could be easily verified given the time of call at 4.56PM on 18 Feb and whoever on duty who was manning the telephony at the front counter. My Mom has been a member with True Yoga for several years now, and recently took up a series of personal training programme with True Fitness. I think we could agree that she's been very supportive of your business. She is 73 years young and illiterate in English, that means she has no ability to actually navigate through a mobile app, scroll to schedule/booked class to perform any bookings without any assistance from myself or other kind staff from True Yoga, as they are all written in English. The cold hard truth is the customer service is inconsistent. Some days when they are in good mood, they help you to make amendments on your class bookings after minor pleadings. Other days when they don't feel like doing it, they will tell you that they are not in the position to help make amendments to your class bookings or "manager says cannot" despite pleadings and begging over the phone and over the counter. Just thinking about this is maddening, how could you do this to my elderly Mom...? Where are your humanities When she called True Yoga Pacific Plaza branch to seek for assistance in cancelling the class booked for this evening, Sean* attended to her call and rejected her request with very superficial explanation that, I quote word for word "he cannot do it because he is scared to lose his job", "only managers can but he cannot", "just cancel it on your app", despite my Mom telling him repeatedly that she cannot read English nor use a mobile app? We know that it IS possible for the Customer Service rep to make such amendments on the computer in seconds, because it's been done before albeit through several pleadings that my Mom had to go through with the front line staff previously. I was at work in a client's meeting at that point of time, if not I would have just helped my Mom with the cancellation of class. I never would have imagined that my Mom who felt so helpless and worried over her incapability to cancel her booked class in time to not incur the cancellation penalty that True Yoga has strictly imposed, called me and I needed to disrupt my work meeting to do something that should be easily done by the Customer Service rep. Don't get me wrong, I am happy to help my Mom but I simply couldn't wrap my head around WHY the Customer Service reps couldn't help her with that??? My point here is, what is the actual purpose of placing Customer Service in your company and studios? What is the value behind that? Why is it that such simple customers' request to cancel a booked class by clicking a few buttons on your screen such a difficult task to perform? I called back the outlet and called out on Sean* with this as I was really appalled and couldn't understand why such fuss and trouble are required for such a simple cancellation request by from a 73 years young and illiterate auntie? This is one of the best parts, Sean's* reply was very defensive, responded he cannot help my Mom because it's beyond his pay-grade and he doesn't want to get into trouble. When he was asked for his name because I wanted to write this feedback proper, he and his colleagues were sniggering AND made inappropriate comments in the background about this name request. I don't know what to say about your service quality and staff's standards but this shows a lot. With that said, we will be moving to another yoga studio with another company after the month's membership and PT programme are completed. Lastly, just want to put a word out here that some of the yoga instructors and the PT instructor have been great according to my Mom. Good luck with your business.

DO NOT sign up any membership here, you will be better off elsewhere. They do not have the capacity (limited classes & slots) to take in new members yet they still continue to do so only because they want to earn revenue. They will not listen to members' feedback after taking your money hence think twice before you decide to join this club. They probably would help you to book for the class initially but after 1 month or so, they manipulate the booking system to prevent you from getting class "so that other members can get class". But who are they to decide who to get class? All members paid for their membership fees hence should be given a level playing field. Fastest fingers first should be the rule of booking. I am a founder member who paid close to $7k end of last year but I have not been able to book class ever since they start manipulating the booking. You may consider other places such as One Wellness, Pure Yoga, HomYoga. Do not waste your money on such unprofessional place. Counter staffs are all unfriendly and rude except when you first sign up for the membership.

There are four studios plus a Bikram studio here. The location is everything as it is situated in PacificPlaza and merely five min from Orchard station. There are not just all sorts of yoga classes but also dance ones. The member lounge is also much bigger and relaxing than other branches. Membership is a bit pricy (>2700 SGD for two years) but they have promotions most of the time. I would like it better if they can improve the overall cleanliness and hygiene. A face lift will be better even!

Have been a member for a few years. Personally I feel the management, teachers and the ground staff are trying their very best in whatever they do and they are professional in this field. I see the passion in them. Would personally like to commend Joe. He is always smiling, laughing and making everyone's day. A real asset to the company esp in the service sector. The environment is also very clean. The helpers are always on standby to ensure the studio are cleaned up after every sessions. Well done!
