Hi people! Was recommended to have a look at TTS and remembered they used to deal with new BMWs a long time ago when my parents purchased their BMWs from them. During our recent purchase, the sales person Brendon was able to show us the actual car (Merz E300e hybrid) that we were interested - something other parallel import dealers were not able to. Also took the effort to explain the features of the car and potential savings etc. We also got our coe though it increased by $8k during bidding. A sigh of relief for us! All in all 2 weeks from booking of the car to collection. Happy with the car and glad to refer customers to Brendon in the future. Keep up the good work dude!

Bought E300e from Ivan back in Apr 21. Today send for service by Eugene who helped me remove some red paint stain at front side of car. Good service and support. Strongly recommend.

Happy with the overall purchase experience of my GLC300 with them. My first purchase through a parallel importer dealer. Delivery was quick as I picked a ready stock unit. I must add that their workshop after sales support is very good as compared to the smaller dealers. Thumbs Up!

Went to them for a car ownership transfer. Took much longer than expected, zero proactivity from their end to inform us on the delays, and we had to probe repeatedly to get updates/what our next course of action is. Even tried to cheat us of the difference between the loan disbursement and the settlement amount (a 4-digit figure). When first asked about the discrepancy, they said they don't earn any difference from the settlement. When we probed again and asked the same question a second time, they claimed it was "an honest mistake". They're also not transparent and upfront about miscellaneous fees. Warranty transfer fee of $200 was only shared after the whole ownership transfer process was completed, even though we asked about warranty transfer when filling out the initial paperwork. Aftersales service is terrible and shady. If you're not buying a new car don't expect good service from them.

I have bought numerous cars from TTS Eurocars over the years. I find the company to be open, fair and reasonable. Jeslin whom I dealt with, does not push or pressure me to buy anything. She was attentive, open to my suggestions and offered me a comprehensive deal that was in line with my expectations. Thank you for going the extra mile to offer excellent pre-and-post sales services. I like it that you have your own quality workshop and the trade-in price I receive for my car, has always been fairly attractive.

I just sent my car to the workshop for repair. They gave a rough timeline for the repair to take 2 months but eventually Able to return me the back in just 3 weeks. Their attitude is positive and very willing to help ??

Have been looking around for a potential car and glad we nailed down on something we love from Kelvin Chin, one of the top sales personnel whom we followed from his previous company to TTS. He was humble, and did his best to give us a best deal. He was patience enough to answer many of our questions and ensure we got our car soonest possible. Did a trade-in as well and it was fuss-free. Recommend to look for Kelvin Chin if any of you are there to buy cars!

Pushy and shady sales tactic by its General Manager. Before sale, very friendly to you. After sale, give you the cold shoulders and sarcastic remarks. (I only realize when I read the documents carefully recently that I paid for unnecessary services such as servicing packages, which is part of the warranty and FOC services. Why am I being charged for FOC services? The worse thing was the insurance which did not include NCD, regret that I gave them benefits of doubts and didn't check at my end before I drove the car out) After-sale service was real bad. My front tyre was punctured and they miss that out totally! I was alerted to it only when I checked the pressure myself. Mind you guys from TTS, such sub-par car servicing could result in an accident. Charges for parts were most ridiculous (> $300 for aircon filter, are you guys for real, seriously? The netting made of gold plated is it???). Overall highly don't recommend. Cars are expensive affairs in Singapore. As a buyer, we deserve much better treatment before and after-sale. Go there if you are willing to be a cai tow to be chopped.
