★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Employees are not efficient with their POS system. They were unable to locate the system for them to scan my iChangi. Kept me waiting for 15 minutes and too long. Had to prompt them and decided to walk away. #turtlejewel #reallyturtle

Tots there are a lot of organiser stuffs.
A lot of cute stuffs for youngsters or teens.
Nothing much in general for home stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Turtle and bought a reversible octopus plushie ($10-30 cm) and while we were going down we realised that they was a tear in the plushie and had to run up to get exchanged. They were very helpful and managed to find the same colour and size of it! Thank you so much!!
