K	Kew “Mitsuwa” Pie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long time back to the signature coney dog, I ordered the coney dog combo with curly fries n root beer. Heavenly good an enjoyable meal by the Vortex. There wasn’t any queue tonight service was quick n satisfying.

But I think the white cheese is abit too much and doesnt fit well. Curly fries are standard as with the root beer.

I’ve not had A&W in years and I decided to buy back from the outlet at Jewel over the weekend. I was disappointed with the food. The fried chicken was well, small, dry and salty. The coney dog with beef sauce was just so plain! And the curly fries, where do I even begin! Thank god I didn’t join the craze to participate in the long queues when A&W returned to Singapore. I think it’s probably going to be years before I have my next A&W. No wonder A&W remains far behind its other competitors in the fast food segment.
A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three stars because of the waiter who was doing his best to get the hungry customers seated on the evening of 12/6. Other than that, the food was below average and the root beer tasted odd. Even the double cheeseburger that I had ordered was dry. Overall a meh experience.

I and my partner ordered the cream cheese sets. There are 2 options - beef and chicken and comes with curly fries and a root beer. Note you have to top up a bit more to make it a float. Having not eaten A&W in a long while, it’s wonderful to enjoy the signature root beer fresh and chilled in the frost mug. Felt like a little kid for a while grabbing that mug to drink. The burgers were excellent too! There’s a good ratio of cheese to the meat, the patty was cooked just right and overall it’s a satisfying meal for me.

Better to spend the money on Other cafe's waffle. And ❌it is kind of turn off to pay for Maple syrup when you order waffle. A&W was gone for so many years, and locals expect a fantastic comeback. But the food, it is a disappointment for today's expectations.

Great place for some good old classic A&W meal. Great service from staffs as they're professional & fast. If you're going in big groups, be prepared for a longer waiting time.

Quality of food is pretty pleasant though the portion is rather small, especially for the fried chicken. The waffle is also on the pricier side. But their chicken coney cheese fries are pretty yummy. Be prepared to queue for a while even on weekdays.
