★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely seating area. Friendly staff. Delicious menu. We enjoyed our drinks ie hot Bailey coffee, vsop hot chocolate, floating chocolate and Earl Grey Black tea with ice cream. We had the yummy macaroons too. Would love to have a couple more non caffeine drinks for my wife. She did enjoy the vsop hot chocolate greatly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 starts for ambience. Nice ambience to hang out and chat! They sell so many varieties desserts and merchandises. Ordered green floral milk tea but only taste very very mild floral. The earl grey milk tea tasted nicer. Croissant was crispy and delicious too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve interesting alcoholic drinks here! Got the Rum & Raisin Earl Grey & VSOP Chocolate which were both pretty yummy with subtle alcoholic taste. One thing though, I really hated the biscuit topping that turned soggy and mushy in my chocolate drink :’)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered honey floral green tea. Drink was fragrant and smooth. Seats need refurbishment cos lots of stains. Not the type of maintenance you expect in a premium shop like Koi Signature

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best looking places and I enjoyed my milk bubble tea here. The pearls were extra small which I didn't expect. But the place looks better than the drinks and is definitely worth coming down at least once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful spot that is nicely spotted in the center. Had a baileys Earl Grey. The mix is well balanced. Both the taste of alcohol and tea do not bland the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the usual KOI store as this is the signature one. The menu is different but I still go for the signature milk tea cause it’s always my favourite. Taste good and the ambience is good for tea time. But they could clean up the tables more often since a lot of customers leave behind their garbage which they shouldn’t.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Floating cold brew coffee, VSOP chocolate and 5 pieces of macaroons. Coffee was to my liking. VSOP taste nice and just right. Macaroons are not too sweet and can eat without feeling overly sweetness. The service at the counter was friendly. Sitting was okay.
