Disappointed with the quality. So call signature pork chop bun they used thousand island sauce!! Seriously, similar can be achieved homemade. Hotdog bun taste like from Ikea. Tea can be better, pork chop fried rice - meat texture is something like fish cakes . Char siew so taste is good, but filling is stingy. Wanton taste like CP Wanton. The rest is moderate. For the price it’s simply not worth. The standard is somehow nothing compared to Tsui Wah in HK.

Food standard is always good. We dine in here very frequently. The service for our dine in on 7May, 1250pm was however terrible. I must say their service is disappointing despite a slow traffic of customers that day. We queued to enter for dine in, however the service personnel allowed the couple behind us to come in first when we were there first. Is this a bad service or oblivious not paying attention to surrounding? I will say it’s the latter. Ordered our meal with tea and indicated all to serve together. Had eaten finish the meal and the tea is still not served. Had to tell the service attendant 3 times to serve the milk tea. The cutlery was dirty and when requested for a new one, the service personnel did it unwillingly and commented “it’s not poked into the food yet” I guess he implied we cut the food and the requested to change new knife. ?do we look like we are so free to do that?

Good for quick bite. Very fast serving times. Affordable too. The butter bun was good the milky one was also good. Milk tea was average... Too much ice even though I requested less ice..

This is a nice and spacious restaurant for a quick meal or snack with you famliy. The condensed milk bun is fantastic, crispy on the outside and soft inside, this snack is something you must definitely try when u visit. Definitely recommend this to my friends. This self service ordering app is quick and easy to use and staff works fast didn't have to wait too long for my snacks

Decent Canton foods but still not comparable to deal and taste in Hong Kong. Price is the high side. Total bill $80 including 4 drinks. Egg tart and polo bun taste normal. Nothing to shout about. We would recommend crispy bun with condensed milk, it’s superb!

First time visit to this place. Since most of the restaurants where not opened around 10.30 am at the Jewel for breakfast. Their ordering system was good. But if a newbie or no local visit this place it would be confused. Also if the staff could communicate in English would be of great help to International Travelers.

Was at Jewel around 9+ on a weekend morning and this was one of the few breakfast options we had. There wasn’t a queue but the place is relatively busy. Ordered the polo bun with butter and hk milk tea. The polo bun is crispy and soft, but milk tea was quite diluted in my opinion. The service was also a little lacking, as the drinks only arrived after we finished our buns. Overall the food is still decent, but we didn’t think it is worth the price tag.

First time here, and it is located rather in a corner on the 3rd floor. At first glance, it looks small, but the dining area opens up once you enter. Service was okay, though using the ordering app had issues that day as the order had difficulty getting through. We opted for the weekday lunch, at $28 for two people. We ordered two mains - the Kagoshima braised pork noodles and the scrambled egg with shrimp fried rice. Both were tasty, though they did forget my fried rice until we asked again 15 minutes after the noodles arrived. There was also a side of fried luncheon meat sticks, which were so so. The drinks were standard HK milk tea and yuanyang, or a coffee and tea mix. For dessert, we ordered a family favourite - crispy buttered bun with condensed milk. It was okay, though the one at the Clark Quay branch seemed to be crispier. Overall, the meal was okay.
