the staff was very knowledgeable, since i get served by the boss himself, i always get my chocolate box from there or birthday cake , it s just meters away from my office, i m so lucky. Thanks for the good job ! the best chocolate shop in Singapore !

I received a Christmas hamper from Lauren Bernard chocolatier but when I opened the box... I see melted fudge and chocolate. This is quite sad.... As I did not manage to even try the chocolates and I had to throw it away.... Would appreciate if you could get back to me so I could send you more photos of the chocolates post delivery.

Ordered the pure chocolate cake for some family birthday celebrations and it was a bit! The cake itself was not too sweet - arguably one of the best chocolate cake we've had in Singapore! Delivery was a breeze and had no issues with missing items. We're looking forward to trying more flavors!

Bought the black forest cake as a gift. Was really hopeful that it would be the perfect blend of chocolate richness, cream and cherries. Sadly, the chocolate flavor was lacking and the cake did not have the desired "light and airy" texture .The best part of the cake was the cream which speaks a lot about it. Would definitely not recommend buying this cake from Laurent Bernard. Perhaps his chocolates would do better than his cakes.

We have been coming here for two yeares now, and I must say the dessert are generally very good! But the service...what we can we do about that? Your place is deserted most days... My recent delivery to a friend stuck in quarantine, the cake arrived late, broken and melted. If you don't manage logistics and quality, it's not good for brand equity! Anyway, I made a complaint two weeks ago, and nobody even bothered to answer. I hope you can really take a deep dive into your customer service, delivery, logistics...as we do like the dessert...

Ordered a cake from the online store on lauren bernard but it was sadly damaged when it arrived at my house. We waited almost the entire day for the cake and the delivery man was actually riding a bicycle to deliver our cake. The delivery time was too long and by the time it reached our house it was already melted. EDIT: Hi there thank you for reaching out to me regarding this matter. Please fix the faulty machine making the excruciating loud noise. It is our second time here within a few weeks yet there is still the machine making noises that is unbearable, we canโ€™t even have a conversation with the staff to ask about the chocolates, literally had to shout to even be heard. I donโ€™t even think the shop should be welcoming customers in this state.

We ordered the Trianon cake takeaway for a birthday. Verdict: We absolutely enjoyed it. I honestly hate cakes where its chocolate on chocolate because it usually is really sweet and I get tired of eating it. But this cake is so well balanced. Its not too sweet and there are so many textures (see picture). To describe the cake to you please refer to the picture to actually see the layers. The cake comes in a square and is dusted with cocoa powder at the top. It also comes with a macaron and hazelnuts. You can request for them to actually add a chocolate sign with Happy birthday and the name of the person as well if you would like to. Surrounding the rim of the cake and the bottom of the cake is a hardened chocolate. The texture is similar to the chocolate covering on magnum ice creams but its much thinner and quite easy to cut through. There's a layer of hazelnut sponge cake at the bottom in cream colour followed by the crispy layer of gavottes right smack in the middle with the chocolate mousse at the top. Simply divine. Hard to stop at one slice! ?
