L	La Madame NomNom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It gets busy usually on weekends. Was there weekday late afternoon so I didn't have to wait for a table. Nice relaxing ambience for quick refreshment.

Can be quite crowded in afternoon, so do expect a bit of noise. Good thing we didn't need to queue to enter. Wide selection of tea and the service is good.

He is very good at making recommendation for the selection of tea, I had the signature 1837 white tea (Signature). His positivity make my day, and the tea was so good, a relaxation for a tensed week I had. I will buy if the 1837 were to sell in their merchandise line.

Not forgetting the great service rendered by the staffs. It would still be a place to go to enjoy some personal quality time or with friends and family members. Strongly recommended. The only issue was that, there was no restricted dining time. Therefore, you could be sitting down and slowly enjoying your tea or you could be standing in the queue waiting for the customers to leave so that you could get your seats.
M	Mal T.C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great time with my love ones at TWG. The service at Ngee Ann city branch is great, prompt attention and good knowledge. We had 2 salads, a dessert and a main. The medium rare lamb is so delicious, was told that the wagyu is good too, definitely will go back to try. Both of the salad looks and taste pretty much the same, ordered the Crab Guacamole salad, there isn’t any crab nor guacamole in it, instead, we got lots of avocado chunks. Waitress probably mixed it up with Avocado and Kale vegan salad. ? The Strawberry Vacherin strawberry sauce tasted like cough syrup, otherwise everything is yummy. Scones are as usual good with a great buttery flavor.
R	Rene Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the truffle croque. My partner had the set with cold island tea. The tea was refreshing. The beef was too jelat for us. Salmon was a little tough but the skin was crispy. Overall the sauces for both dishes taste Chinese and salty which I don’t hate. Some dishes on the online menu are not available here. Our special order to change the toast to scones was missed out. The tea infused bread has to be enjoyed while hot.
