I am not sure who owns this company now. they used to be good. customer service is good . now they have some customer service personnel who is poorly trained. after covid circuit breaker , they seems pretty busy, so have a take it or leave it attitude. been a long time customer but they don't care. time to look for new provider

Very poor service recovery. AC Compressor broke down after servicing but company does not offer compensation, instead suggest that i pay for a repair fee or purchase a new AC set with them. Company expect the service workers to compensate fully, whereas a 20 years experienced company in the industry couldn't compensate their customers. Called their office, but was only told 'will get back to you' that never happen. Engage them at your own risk.

I have install system 4 mitsubishi starmax . After installation one of the trunking having condensation. After asking them to check they say no issue and just use the patty seal up the trunking crack so it won’t drip water. After 2 year now my wall is having crack and mold due to all water struck in the trunking . Upon checking it’s because they using themal flex insultine instead of amaflex.

Bad service do not recommend! Serviced 3 aircon units on 28 March and 1 unit started to leak within the 3 months warranty period. However, was denied the warranty on 22 June and was told the warranty cannot be used within a few days before the 3 month expiry date (28 June) by the customer service staff. The staff then gave the excuse that the warranty can only be used due to poor workmanship based on the assessment of the workers. So what is the point of issuing a warranty? Do not engage this company at all!, dishonest and poor customer service.

Do not use this company, they do not hv the professionalism or the expertise to run the basic piping. The boss is way outdated and never shows face. What was discussed and actual onsite installation is different causing lots of issues for others to clean up. Never use them as a vendor, for renovation as they are just scammers. Stay away you have been warned. If i could I would give zero stars. For those that write they gave good recommendations on how to install that's their job, whether they can do it is a whole different story.

Bought a new aircon system with new piping [ Daikin ] from BEST DENKI IMM They promised you the best and yet deliver the sub par products. 1. air con system will auto switch off after 5 mins. 2. After solving the turn off issue, the newly installed system started water leaking after 2 weeks. 3. They push you to sign completion of installed system despite issues. 4. No one pick up call for problem solving [ Have to call BEST DENKI to get to them] 5. 2nd March 2022 Aircon leaking still persist and you will not be able to get anyone. Do be careful when you want to engage them. Summary: Sub Standard product and service

installed my whole house ac system 6 years ago and have been using them for 3 times yearly maintenance ever since. Customer service was very helpful until recently. Just got screamed at by their staff Shi Ying. Very very bad customer service...

Been with them for close to 10 years, service is getting worse. They recently increased their price by an additional $30 which we understand however we are not getting the service that we paid for. Booked an appointment 2 months ago to have our aircon serviced at 9.30am today. We received a call few days ago from Thomas to check if we are able to reschedule our appointment to a later timing as another customer wants our slot, which we mentioned we ARE UNABLE to due to our tight schedule. Fast forward today, nobody has arrived at our place even till 10am. Called the customer service and they told us that our appointment has been rescheduled to 11am. We did not agree to reschedule? During the call Thomas did not even apologize or give us a proper explanation? Why was our slot given to someone else when we booked the appointment first? Not to forget the extremely terrible service recovery. BTW, our appointment has been rescheduled to 11am and it’s almost 12pm nobody is here and nobody informed us that the workers would be late.
