★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience at Typo Somerset. The cashier on duty (AZRINA ARIS) was rude and made my shopping experience an unpleasant one. After an outburst, she did not apologise for her attitude nor her tone. I hope no other customers would have to go through the same ordeal i did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good selection of stuff but quite expensive. The greetings cards are particularly expensive (although they do tend to have a good selection). Would actually frequent it much more often if only the prices were reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of stationary items, but a small store that can get very crowded and unpleasant to navigate around when it's crowded. Also a reco to wait for a sale as the items themselves are very expensive otherwise.
They are also wary about returning items bought online and receiving a cash refund even though that is what is communicated on their policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as per my last visit on 26th November 2021, entire store clerk are very friendly and enthusiastic in helping despite the crowd. One staff, siti nurhanisah was just beyond great, she's so friendly (not pushy) and helpful in assisting. Her service quite easily exceed anything I'd ever encounter in singapore store, well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought 2 typo Tumblr cups within only last 2 weeks and 1 of them spoilt (the cap just broke by itself). They refused to give us a refund / exchange for the spoilt cup because we threw the receipt away. Bad customer service. Will not recommend anyone to buy from them again.
