★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite bubble milk tea brand. Its quite addictive?they are organized, quick, and systematic in handling their long queue of orders. They seem very clean in preparing drinks. I hope they maintain and observe that standard as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told that there were no pearls during lunch time and had to wait for 15 mins. Quite disappointing that a famous bubble tea shop can run out of pearls. Waited 20 mins for the pearls to be ready and as expected, the pearls were not sufficiently steeped in sugar so they tasted bland. Double whammy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KOI Express Café. Not so 'express' about it, but still faster than most other branches (lots of staff involved). Queue line still long and snaking. Place is easy to spot in B3 level. Kiosk design is sleek with unique wood laminate finish. Looks modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great. Queue wasn't as long as they said it will be. Got my drink in 5-8mins. Drinks were up to standard. Was abit busy and packed but they still prepared everything in a short while!
