I had a leak in my rear right tyre whilst returning home late at 12am so I randomly stopped at a tyre shop along Paya Lebar to try and get it patched. The staff in there looked briefly and told me there was no way to patch it and I had to change the tyre. And they even suggested for me to change both the rear tyres to keep it balanced. On top of that, their prices were rather astronomical. Also, they didn’t realise that I only changed my tyres 3 weeks ago and they were as good as new. I felt that they weren’t honest and looked for an alternative. I then found Tyre Butler on Google and gave them a call. Daniel picked up the call and was extremely polite and helpful. Daniel said his team would be with me in 20 minutes. When the technician arrived, he inspected the leak and immediately went about patching it. Thereafter, he checked that the part that was patched and ensured no more air was leaking from it. He then told me to monitor the situation for 2 days to see if the sensor showed lower pressure, and if it did, he would be able to change it for me if required. The prices of the tyre and the patching service quoted by Daniel were very reasonable. Of course I didn’t have to change the tyre because Tyre Butler was skillful enough to patch it, unlike the first shop I went to. Highly recommended. And thank you Tyre Butler for being a saviour in the middle of the night.

Was looking to change my worn tyres and chanced upon Tyre Butler. Daniel was pleasant and easy to discuss with , as I pondered on what tyres to choose. Coincidentally a few days later, I had a tyre puncture at home at night. Contacted Daniel and was able to arrange for a change immediately the next day at my home (really nice convenience). The tyre technician who came in the van, Sabareesh, was very patient with my curious questions about tyres/rims and was very friendly and smiling. The van was well equipped ; the old tyres were removed, replaced with new one, balanced the wheels and installed ; all done promptly in 1 hour. A great, fantastic and smooth experience. Very highly recommended.

Prompt, hassle free and excellent service to change battery at my preferred site. Took less than 3 hours from order to installation. Staff were very responsive and knowledgeable too ??

Daniel was quick to respond to my message and schedule an early appointment to help patch my tyre which was flat. Sabareesh found creative ways to help patch the puncture hole which was very large and helped save me a lot more on replacement costs. Thanks to the team, greatly appreciate your help!

Great job! 12pm found tyre puncture, 1230 arrived at their hq (thought it was a shop). Drove to lv 3 cpk to wait for van. 1pm van arrived and tyre fixed.

While looking for the replacement of my car tires, I chance upon the website of Tyre Butler. I decided to give their service a try. My several phone calls with Daniel was pleasant. At no time was he impatient with my queries. He was personal and ever willing to serve without being pushy. We have at least 4 phone's conversations not to mentioned the what app picture of the recommended tires I requested to have a better grasp of the tires. Working on my budget, Daniel gave good recommendation. He was polite and professional in his approach, making the whole transaction a happy and pleasant one. Strongly recommended for those who want good service with reasonable price.
