Great Service, highly recommended.

Lucas Lou was the first ID we met and after meeting 7 other IDs, we decided to go with him. While a reputable renovation firm is important, having a ID that clicks well with you is equally important as well. This was our first house and we have no idea how the renovation process works, but Lucas was very patient with us in explaining the A-Zs and revising the quote / design a number of times before we actually signed the contract with him. Lucas really did a good job in managing the renovation and it was really stress free experience for us. What we like about working with him is he gave very good practical tips when it comes to choosing the materials, colors to functionally and will alert us to potential issues that our ideas will create. He is not pushy on his ideas and will help us think of more cost efficient alternatives, unlike other IDs that we visited that just want us to do unnecessary work to increase their profit. Very happy with the workmanship for carpentry and toilet and doesn't charge us for every little thing that comes up, and will even help us receive our Taobao deliveries during working hours. Thumbs up on the customer service. We are happy to spend the time writing this review given the great work that he has done. Only main complain is on the paint work which has room for improvement.
