Good , I like the collection , never heard about this brand in my country India , but superb collection and I got the great deal .

Worst service !!! When we said we come back later, the staff roll his eyes and ignore us . Even we said thank you 2-3 times, he also ignore us . What kind of attitude is this . After that we went to the Clark outlet , the prices were similar . But we preferred the colours and design in Pedro . But the service difference were like heaven and hell. So we chose Clark rather than pedro. Service like this better don't do business.

The male staff is nice, no hard selling and took the effort to explain the membership perks and ways to utilise it effectively.

The staff here are seriously rude. Made eye contact with one staff but he purposely ignore me and chose to engage with a customer next to me. Since I needed help, I told the staff I am interested in the range of shoes but the staff blatantly walked away and chose to serve another customer who walked in after me. The customer who just walked in said he was just browsing and there I was left there standing with a shoe in my hand. He did not come back to me, and there I was standing there like an idiot. I wasn’t just browsing I was genuinely interested in purchasing but I wasn’t given the basic help I needed. I tried to get a 2nd staff’s attention and said hi to him but he chose to ignore me and diverted his attention to another staff. Raised my voice slightly to say hello again before he chose to looked at me bewildered. Should he be shocked that he purposely ignored me and I caught it? Honestly, Pedro, is this the kind of attitude your staff should have? I was not an unreasonable customer, I just needed basic help, but they were seemingly judgemental? Maybe the other customers dressed better than me and they think they should only serve well dressed customers? Do answer me, Is this what the brand advocates? Is this how the manager trains the staff in this outlet? To only serve the rich and look down on the seemingly poor? Wow. Please kindly educate your staff with proper service etiquette with basic respect for humans. Thank you.
