β β β β β I wouldnβt recommend this store unless you like the following brands... For men it only had Emporio Armani, CK Calvin Klein, Paul Smith and a very small selection of other brands (one small rack). The discounts were good but nothing appealing was available. I was really disappointed as Club21 has such a big selection of brands that they usually sell, so I thought thereβd be a much better offering. I definitely suggest you donβt go to IMM just for this outlet.

β β β β β Two senior staff with the rudest sales service. If you don't allow customers to come back in 20mins to finish up the purchase; you don't have to be rude and sarcastic about it. Even I was left shocked and appalled at the service, I decided to make payment. These two SA apparently couldn't be bothered to make eye contact. Please, even if this is an outlet store you are still to uphold customer service.

β β β β β Came by this place inadvertently...Great selection of clothes but more importantly was served by Yusoff, who was informative and not pushy. In the end , wife bought 2 items and left the store with a smile....Kudos!

β β β β β Bought a lot from this place. Stuffs are good but staffs are not good... The lady who is in charge of fitting room has very bad attitude, eg impatient, cold face, suspecting people without reason and doesn't allow my mom and I share one fitting room. That made me lost interest to try more and buy, and I don't want to visit this store any more because of this unpleasant experience with this unfriendly assistant. :(

β β β β β Their staff has no communication with each other. Asked the cashier staff (senior male staff) if we could keep the clothes that we had chosen to keep at the counter to which they said yes. Went to try more clothes only to find the staff had re-racked all the clothes we had kept at the counter upon making payment.
Waste our time trying clothes and having to repeat the whole process again.
Itβs really a bad experience !!!
