★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female sales lady was really good and helpful. She even knew my size by looking at my feet. The white shoes my daughter wanted was slightly tainted but she took the trouble to bring inside to clean it up. I was impressed.

Was intending to purchase a new memory foam shoe for my mom's birthday, Amalina was being very helpful to be sure I got the correct size as there's no exchange policy for outlet store. In addition she is a good cross- seller and I got a new slippers for myself with a good price in conjuction with the current promotion. Amalina served me diligently, knowing that it's meant for a gift, she offered me a good recycle bag replacing the regular carrier bag. Also, almost towards the end of the transaction, she gave me a new pair of slippers as she noticed there was a slight dent on the one I chose. She did all this swiftly with speed, without me asking for it. A very attentive and genuine salesperson. Many thanks and credits to Amalina!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't patronise this outlet as their staffs basically out of sync. After confirming with 1 staff on sale promotion, showing her with the shorts, she say yes n told me to get 2nd one yet during payment at the counter, the staff name Irday say this item already discounted. ?
