★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first patronized this store well over a year ago, the salesperson (male? I’ve forgotten his name, sorry :() was very knowledgeable and friendly then— my subsequent purchases were made this year and I’m happy to say that the staff is as hospitable as ever.
Benson was very flexible in allowing me to modify my order last minute, thank you for that! More recently I went to pick up my order in person (albeit not at this branch), it was a very prompt transaction and I was offered well-meaning advice about my purchase— I am rather awkward in person so I shied away but I greatly appreciate your service!
Overall, just an excellent place to pick up adult toys in Singapore, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The largest sex studios I've been. It has all the toys that you need. However products on display are a little messy. The dim lighting is a turned off and it discourages you from staying a minute longer. Sale staff are helpful provided you know what you wanted before hand.

They were patient and good in explaining too. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience with great customer service from the staff.
