★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a regular priced set of 5 panties as a gift and 1 has a defect, did not notice when I bought it as I was in a rush. Went back to the store hoping for an exchange/refund, unfortunately the staff said it can’t be exchanged nor refunded and she said all the customers who had the same issue as mine just “accepted the items with defects”. Means staff are not doing quality check before they sell the items, end up customers are losing money and not getting the product that is worth their penny.

Whatever your customer status don’t bother as long take the items and pay $$ not dried leaf we gave you . You have bad mood don’t bring to work, not happy working don’t need to work. Don’t spoil customer mood , first and last . I wouldn’t come again ?
