★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, there is no one to help you around to pick a gift for bridal lingerie. Once I picked a staff jus comes out of the blue to take it to the cashier. I said I needed it in a gift box. All I got was a disassembled box where I had to put all of it together. When I asked the staff for help they didn’t. There was atleast 2 staff chitchatting besides me. Such a disappointment. Even a China shop will treat you better .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store located at orchard road. Got nice collection of their signature perfumes. You can get lot of discounts if you visit the store when the sale is going on. A bit crowded on weekends and also on festive days. Good for those who wants to buy gifts for loved ones.

We hope there are more of such nice, courteous and great service staff everywhere. Thanks to both gorgeous ladies for their awesomeness. Made our day and spending all worthwhile.

We are on vacation and, by now, preparing to another flight, we just notice that in Victoria Secret invoice from Orchard Road it’s indicated that we were charged and bought 3 items.
But, in fact, we just bought one underwear. And we didn’t noticed it since SGD is not our current money.
Sad to discover that we were scammed in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to Nab in Orchard road store. I was looking for push-up yet comfortable bras and Nab kindly introduced me to a few options. Tried them on and loved every single piece that she recommended. Really loved that she was so polite and friendly, and most importantly, she wasn't pushy at all. Thank you Nab for making my shopping experience at VS wonderful :)
