When I asked for a new box, they said they have ran out and asked me if I’m okay with an odd shaped or red coloured box. The store room was open and they were pretended to be fumbling around looking for a box. I expressed my disbelief that they do not carry anymore of the most standard box, at which point one of the staff opened a cabinet filled with that standard box. She casually said “there’s more here”.... this, after telling me that there was no more boxes and making me wait for 15 min, insisting that I took the odd shaped/ faulty or red box. Hell no...
