β β β β β visit here to address my cough issue. Doctor say its cause by my nose(which is rediculous). Get shock with a SGD80 bill, comes with 12 pieces of small white color pills, worse is no NETS or VISA acceptable here.
In the end, went to another clinic in eunos, spend sgd28 and settle down my cough in 4 days.
Definately WONT come back to this clinic.

β β β β β Utterly disappointed. Receptionist is not properly trained. I specifically told the receptionist that we had an urgent case here, needed to see a doctor asap. I was surprised when she replied "No accident, never lose consciousness, what is urgent then"..
We walked all the way from paya ubi to the clinic in hope for an emergency pre-treatment/diagnosis. But the doctor sent us off. Did not even step out of his room to verify the situation before the recept send us off..
Fyi, patient had severe hypoglycemia episode.. He was already not looking good on our way to the clinic, only to be sent off without seeing the doctor..

β β β β β A lot of people complained about the high costs for flu and common viruses. Know where you are going to.
Dr Lua is famous for bone and joints related issues. In 1997-1998 my mum could not walk, the pain in both her knees were so extreme it rendered her immobile and bed ridden. We consulted many doctors, took x-rays and tried hospitals. No one knew why and she only gotten pain killers. Finally someone recommended Dr Lua. He took one look and told her the cause and she managed to recover to lead a lifestyle of a normal person without meds till now, 20 years later.
A typical visit will set you back upwards of 300. Is it worth it? Up to you to decide but don't cock and go there for your flu.

β β β β β Doctor Lua was very very detailed in his explanation and had a very good consult. However, the receptionist around her 50s-60s was extremely rude and made the overall waiting experience terrible. Had to wait over 3 hours for my turn without any updates from her.

β β β β β Dr Lua is a very patient and detailed doctor. He explains in detail to you about your condition, unlike some doctors just prescribe medication and send u off. Expect to start queuing very early as he's quite popular. If you start queuing after 8am perhaps it's gonna be a long wait...

β β β β β If I can, I'll give rate this clinic a zero star. Took awhile to wait for my turn to register. Receptionist lady in her 50s joke about my side effects after taking my covid vaccine while I was requesting if she can help to give me a call when it's about my turn as the clinic was crowded with elderly patients. To my surprise her respond was "No I can't see the queue number"
Due to my carelessness, I didn't bring my Trace together token or even my phone, receptionist ask me to go back home take, come back to register again later. Worse clinic I've ever been to. Never ever going there ever again. Be warned, don't tell receptionist your condition, she might just laugh it off at your face.

β β β β β Dr Lau is very experienced and detailed in explaining as well as solutions provided. Comparing to most other GPs seeing a doctor like that will require longer wait time which is understandable and worth the waiting time.
