★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make an impromptu appointment at the white sands outlet to use up an earlier purchased package during the roadshow.
The masseur Eva was very professional, good strength and flow. Worked the pain-points and helped to loosen up the tensed neck.
The follow up counter service by the branch manager penny was very candid as well. No hard selling involved. She shared a personal take on how regular massages benefited her.
All in all a pleasant experience!

(Just be prepared that staff will be trying to sell packages. But it’s part of their business so I’m ok with it.)

Definitely like to recommend all to try. Penny Wang was the branch manager was very friendly too. Good experience. Thank you for the good service!

Penny is very understanding and tries her best to recommend appropriate package according to my budget. Looking forward to rectifying my problems with 老师 - Hannah！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The masseuse that served me was Eva. She was very friendly, kind and patient with me. I really like her massage! Haven’t gone for a massage in a long time so I have a lot of tight muscles and came out feeling really refreshed. Will definitely recommend this place for a great massage :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I particularly like massage at this outlet. Tina adjusted the treatment such that it fits the needs of my body. She also constantly checked if the pressure levels were bearable for me. You may expect them to some introduce of some massage packages to you but they are not pushy about it. I said I’m not intending to spend any money now and they’re completely fine with it. :)

Kim was my therapist and she took her time to really explain to me the process and procedure prior to the treatment. Nicholas was easy to deal with and he offered me a great price. Overall I’m happy to have been here for the treatment. Highly recommend this outlet. Awesome job to everyone.
