★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The uncle is very friendly and this is, holistically, the best chicken rice in Singapore to me. Rice is fragrant and flavourful, chicken whether roasted or boiled, is executed perfectly. The soup is also delicious. I feel the secret is the ginger and the chilli. The chilli I suspect contains some vinegar which adds a nice sour touch and the ginger paste along with the thick dark sauce complete the meal. This is where I bring my foreign friends when they ask where is the best chicken rice in Sg! Go uncle Louis!

Because their meat, rice, soup and even the chill are well prepare to taste. 5 star to all individual items. Will surely return for more.
