The person-in-charge from Union Casket, Joyce, was very detailed and very responsive. She kept close communication with me on what need to be done and also enquired proactively on other necessary services for my mother's wake, whatever was needed to complete the full funeral services and rites. The staff from Union Casket is courteous and also supportive. Responsiveness and efficient services and support was clearly the hallmark of Union Casket. Last but not the least, the quality and co-ordination with others service providers were seamless and effective. Thank you for your services.
