★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful shop for clothings made from materials that are technology woven.
I bought jackets that are super light weight and that kept me warm in winter. The same for their summer wears that are super cool, sweat absorbent and feel really good.
Customer service is top notch and consistent. I have bought from their branches in UK, US, Malaysia, China and Singapore.
But their website could be more user friendly.

* current exchange rate is 1 Sgd = Ringgit 3
Paying Sgd 59.90 = paying Ringgit 179.70
Just does not make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A refreshed store, lots of items for everyone in the family, perfect for exercise wear, cold weather travel wear, chillaxing clothes, business clothes, and on! Love this store.
Except. I wish, wish, wish they had wider aisles! It is not easy to browse styles when people are bumping into you every second. Otherwise, five stars. And there you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having ordered my items online, I went to the store to pick them up. I also brought my shorts to have the hems fixed. At the store, I discovered that only long pants could be fixed and shorts couldn't. Thankfully, I received amazing service from Tily, who was able to fix my shorts without charging me an additional fee. I am very grateful for this service and will return to the store in the future.

Especially the one lady at the counter, I suspected she didn't checkout the items she added for the precious customers, hence she added mine on top of that, making the total bill to be SGD 300++. When we questioned her, she didn't even apologise, just 'hold on' and proceeded with the removal of items on the system, without any explanation. This is so unprofessional, and without a single apology. Also, she had to understand that she was wearing a mask, I couldn't really hear her for every sentence. I had to get her repeat it a few times. She was not helpful AT ALL. Same goes to the ladies at fitting room. Good job Uniqlo, I have always loved Uniqlo, and I was surprised to be treated like this for the first time. HORRIBLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be that you could return online purchases at a Uniqlo store. Now you have to return it to the warehouse, which is highly inconvenient (if you go in person) or requires an extraneous charge (if you mail it back). Please at least cater for that postage fee, because it makes it highly inconvenient to make purchases now. Will not be buying from Uniqlo until they revise their lousy return policy.
