โ โ โ โ โ Few days ago, i went there, and there was a 40% discount, and i was interested on a shirt. However, they ran out if it, so i gave them my phone number, once they have the stock, they woild text me. So i asked whether if i need to pay first or when i get the shirt. They said next time then pay so i waited for the text. A week later, i received a text from an employee and said that the shirt i wanted was here. So i travel back to vivo and pay for the shirt.
However, the discount on the shirt went from 40% to 30%. We asked why? and they said the system changed. As a person who lived around sengkang, it is very troublesome to travel from my home to vivo. Although the difference is just 10%, i feel that the employees are very dishonest

โ โ โ โ โ Linda from Vivo City outlets of Tommy is great ! i had to get a gift to my girlfriend and i dun know the size , she served me very patiently. and i am so sorry that she calling other staff to keep coming just for measure my girlfriend's size , i really appreciate that ! she is the best !!!

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor customer service experience with this salesperson from vivocity outlet. We had reserved three pieces of clothing for the day, and she had informed us that if someone was interested in the pieces that they would offer it to them, to which we said okay. In the end, we went back to purchase one of the three pieces, and she said "had we known we could have sold to other customers". In the first place, if you allow for reservation, it does not mean the customer would have to buy. Secondly, since you preface with it could be offered away, you shouldnt say that to a customer. Been a fan of Tommy's but will not return to this outlet with this service.

โ โ โ โ โ Sale is ongoing on both male and female clothing. Good to shop at Vivocity mall Tommy Hilfiger. Clothing brand is very well known for its quality of material. Ladies section got some new dresses. Expansive brand price wise but good to go.
