Recommended by a relative to engage United Team Lifestyle for my new HDB renovations. Lawrence was very helpful to us as new homeowners and suggested good interior design ideas to us. We wanted a modern looking house and the grey feature wall he made for us fits in the theme perfectly. His experience in gauging required living space enabled us to make the most out of our small flat. He helped to coordinate the renovations to be completed once circuit breaker was lifted allowing us to move in as soon as possible. Additionally, after the renovations was done, there were minor rectifications required which is normal and he arranged for the contractors to come down no questions asked. Very good after sales service!

Company has taken prompt action to follow up my case when I contacted Mr Lawrence, of my cabinet door that was dislodged. Within a wk, Mr Lawrence and his team have taken prompt action to rectify my cabinet door that has given way after 5 years of residing in my unit. They have fixed the issue at no cost at all during the company busiest CNY period. So thankful and much appreciated for their professional service. Revamp the whole house. l work with Desmond Lim, he is experienced and friendly. He followed up after renovation completed. The after sales service is very good. Well recommended to everyone. He has alot of ideas and experience in all types of designs you wish for. His after sales service is tremendously good, even during odd hours or during working time he never fail to answer or call back. Definitely well worth the money spend .

I engaged United Team Lifestyle to renovate my 5 Room resale HDB flat. It was our first house and we have no experience at all. Desmond was the one who assisted us with the whole project from designing to choosing of material to coordination with the different groups of workers. He was able to work within our budget and was very patient and never fail to return our calls when we have any queries or doubts. My husband and myself were very pleased with his sincere and honest attitude. His service continues even after we moved in. He makes effort to follow up on our calls and ensure that things are done in a timely manner. I am happy with my experience with United Team and will recommend them to my friends.

My partner and I met with Desmond via a chance ID networking event in the beginning of 2021, and we were impressed with the way he portrayed himself as a humble and understanding person. The interaction made us switch from another ID we were so close to selecting, and we are glad to say we have never regretted it since. From designing to selecting of materials to execution, Desmond listened attentively to our concerns. Being first time home owners, we had little to no experience, but Desmond made the effort to guide us on the pros and cons of every decision made. Desmonds' efficient time management in fully renovating our apartment (2.5 months) surprised us as we expected delays after hearing horror stories from friends and family. Even though he had to wait for our furniture to be delivered prior to installation by his contractors, he never once complained. Post completion service has also been awesome, and Desmond responds to our texts and calls promptly even during awkward hours. Glad to have subsequently made a friend with him throughout this wonderful experience. Have recommended him to many friends and family as well!

We engaged Rachel and she did a fantastic job and transformed our family home completely, full hacking of all rooms and re-done to become functional and beautiful. From the first meeting, she was attentive and knew very quickly on the type of design and space planning we wanted. Rachel gave us many good suggestions on colour scheme. materials and matching templates and was very detailed in the drawing discussions, lighting positions and related electrical suggestions. She was very accommodating and agile to pivot quickly where we wanted to have specific ideas incorporated in between the home renovation process. One of the key highlight feature of the home is the kitchen that had the yard knocked out, extending the inner space and still keeping a small storage yard behind fluted door panel. The design of the kitchen brings out the rawness of materials against a grey / concrete colour scheme - making it look modern and slightly industrial. Aside from full hacking and build up from scratch, part of the works done also include carpentry and custom design bed with storage in the 3rd BR. The quality finishing and ability to complete the job on schedule despite challenging covid situation. She is always available and contactable and explained design concepts with easy to understand images. We are very satisfied with the result of the home - the end outcome is very cozy and modern.
