Banker lack of knowledge and expertise. Came here 3 times in order to convert from stash account to one account. During the first time, the banker asked us to bring IC that’s all. But when we came down can’t do anything as my bf is Malaysian so he need to present passport. Second time with passport, ask him to bring proof of residential address. Third time, banker said work permit holder cannot open one account? I asked if work permit cannot open why at first your manger called us down to change from Stash account to one account? WTF is this. Very lousy service and keep asking us to buy insurance. Wasting our time. Waited 3 hours to get the account done. ?????

Slow is the word. People queuing inside and outside.

Visited this branch to close an account. Rachel assisted me right at the entrance and Jeannie went the extra mile to complete my request, saving me from making another visit. Had a positive banking experience with such professional and thoughtful staff. Thank you.

Fast. Good. Probably because I'm there right after they open. Lol.

Prepare to wait and wait. One of my most dreaded bank branch to go to. Bring ur pillow n sleeping bag if u have it or have ur lunch there.

Service is terribly slow. To make thing worst, the younger staff lacked sincerity when serving customers.

Be careful at the investment related uob staff. Inexperienced staff. They try to play on our money. Sold 50k worth of fund on me with 3% service changes. End up with 10% loss. They look for their profit only. Unable to pick a right balanced fund. I suggest others do their own research before move forward to invest with UOB investment advisors.

Disappointing bank. Marketed its credit card (UOB PPV) benefits but changed its core reward redemption method (contactless payment to solely MOBILE contactless) at the peak of Covid-19 (May 2020) and claims that the information is communicated to consumers via their webpage (though no emails / sms / calls were provided). Funny how they are so prompt when it comes to marketing their loans and new products/services but are so quick to claim innocence when they decide to shortchange existing consumers who do not have all the time in the world to monitor their webpage. Customer hotline staff also have absolutely no clue how the reward points are being broken down. Staff from cc dept who called back also needed to hang up and call back because, she too, needed time to analyze the breakdown. Clearly the bank is not sincere in giving its consumers’ “reward” points by making this whole validation process a tough one where its employees are struggling to answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
