Ordered fried Beef Kway Teow for $12.71 (inc tax). Good portion. Kway Teow taste is good, but beef super tough and 50% not edible. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Went for some snacks as teabreak. The HK style fried carrot cake, dimsum and fried platter are decent without high expectations . Feels that its not worth it, for the price paid.

Tasty tomato chicken chop rice. Even kids crave to have this for lunch today.

Ordered Tom Yum Claypot, came out quite dissapointed... Inside only 2 prawns, 2 small piece of sotong, 2 toufu and few bunch of small cut mushroom for $14.80!!! Taste wise? Not so Tom yum .. Only red color only... Standard dropped to the bottom... No wonder even lunch time... Not many pple eat here.. Learnt the lesson (Streats at BPP)

This "hybrid" cafe serves HK style dishes as well as local fare. They have a small selection of dim sum (I like their siew mai), small selection of "Nasi Lemak", small selection of local tze char dishes...you get the drift. When put together, however, it becomes quite a smorgasbord of choices. The Nissin Soup Noodle is one of their more popular choices. It's like a more glamorous Maggie Mee, with 'liao' inside. The soup is tasty and overall it's yummy. And who doesn't love the oversized soup spoon that it's served in? The Nasi Lemak - hmm. The Nasi is not Lemak, and the Acar serving is quite pitiful (nowhere near as shown in the menu picture). However, the fried chicken was great, and the prawns were fresh. And the sambal, while not the best I've had, was good enough. The star of this cafe, to me, is it's ambience. Tucked away at the corner of the mall, it's 2 storey ceiling with glass windows one one side makes for a cosy and warm casual dining experience. Worth a visit. Or two.
