When I arrived at 830pm, the staff told me my food was about to be ready, and I only received my food at 905pm, 1hour and 5 mins later. In the meantime, I saw countless people order at the counter and receive their orders within 10-20 mins. Never order online with Wok Hey unless you're prepared for a very long wait. If I had walked in and ordered at 830pm, I would have gotten my food much faster than if I ordered online. EDIT: to add insult to injury, Wok Hey's outlet only started preparing my order at 857pm...

There's usually a steady stream of walk in customers and delivery partners. With the launch of their own online order platform, business has been even more hectic and it only make sense to cut waiting time by ordering in advanced for self collection.

Upon messaging their FB page, they reimbursed me a voucher for my next order. Thanks for the good customer service. But hope your kitchen can cook faster.
C	Chucky Peh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the egg fried rice with seasoned prawns. Surprisingly it was good, and tasty. The eggs and rice blend together nicely, and the short grain gives it a nice texture. The prawns are fresh and the overall experience was good. Will be back to try other options!

Always pay for extra vegetable but only realised missing ingredient when we were about to eat! Happened to me three times! Can the Wok Hey staff please be more careful while scooping in the ingredients?
