β β β β β Pleasant experience. Visited afternoon of 30 April 2022, a day before Labour Day and Hari Raya PH. Although quite crowded, front staff at bank entrance and counter 4 were helpful and courteous. Great job!

β β β β β Went to apply for a credit card. Served by a very professional staff i.e. Ms Siti. Although there were a lot of paperwork to be completed, she was patient and answered all my questions fully. For areas that were not within her area of expertise, she got her colleague to explain to me directly. Good teamwork. Keep it up!

β β β β β UOB alerted me to my credit card being misused and they suspended my card and told me that they will void the transactions. However they continued to bill me for the fraudulent transaction and told me that cause the merchant claimed from them. However, if your fraud team told me that the transactions will be void, your billing team should be aligned to this. 12 days has passed and UOB did not get back to me if they will credit my account back with the fraudulent transaction. Very poor security and handling by the bank. Beware and don't trust them with your money.
By the way, UOB does not have a dedicated fraud hotline. Their fraud hotline told me that for credit card fraud, help is only available via the general hotline. So don't be surprise when their customer service are not trained to be able to help with fraud case. MAS need to look into the bank poor customer service.
I will be heading down to the bank to close all my accounts with them. I'm sure another bank will be happy to provide better service and more security for me for my banking needs.

β β β β β Went at 5pm to open an employee bank account, only waited for about 15 minutes before getting assisted by Mr. Edgar Gan who was really friendly and efficient. Done in 30 minutes. Great banking experience!

β β β β β Worst experience ever. Super slow processing time, 1 hour 1 client, 1 staff, 1 counter. Missed queued client sneaked in back quietly. Covering manager is not responsive of the super slow and unpleasant system.

β β β β β Website shows closing at 6pm until we reached the branch, only informed by notice bank closed at 5pm. All these info are not updated in website accordingly. The staff who stood outside also not feedback to management but just walked back to branch
