Terrible experience. Had too leave after waiting almost an hour for a que. The most slow and incompetent staff ever who wasted my time.

Excellent customer service from Zhou Huijing. Crazy new year crowd but managed to get things done with real sense of urgency and professionalism.

Incompetent staff with horrible attitude at UOB Novena Branch strive to create inconvenience to customer. I planned to place fixed deposit at the said branch on 12 Nov 2021. Counter staff treated me as if I were a criminal, for I was bringing some cash. After wasted more than 30mins, another staff whispered to the counter staff and took me to a room. The third staff started questioning me why I want to place fixed deposit, meanwhile started pushing me to buy some investment despite me having told them 3 time not to force any other product to me and I was in a rush after wasted >30mins. I eventually left the branch without getting anything done, but wasted almost an hour there. On a separate note, I have concerns on hygiene standard. 1 customer had put used tissue at the counter, when I informed the counter staff, the staff passed a piece of tissue and expected me to clean for them! I'll certainly lodge a complaint to MAS as I don't agree UOB had the right to disallow customers to place fixed deposit.

Very long wait times. Far too much forms and paperwork, like 1960 banking or something.

Wait an extremely long time for turn to open an account. Account opening takes another very long time although have an existing account.

This five star is for Huijing.she is a very nice staff that serve me.i was very happy with the whole procedure.i forgotten to check with her bout the paynow procedure as I have difficulty after changing my card and went back again .hui Jing was not around and the other staff serve me.but the staff is not well train .can,t answer my question and standing down there looking at me.this is the WORST uob branch that I have encounter.should re train your staff again.will not go to this branch anymore
