β β β β β Staff lack of product knowledge. Had to use their mobile to show me the credit card features. She read from the UOB website. When asked about the difference between two credit cards, she could not explain.

β β β β β My wife found out money missing from the account. Fortunately, she had printed receipts as proof. After 5 days, we still got no reply from them, though they said they will get back to us 3 days later

β β β β β Not exactly the kind of service I was expecting. I brought my elderly down syndrome sister and elderly mum who have difficulties in walking to the bank. Usually for the past few experiences, the staff at uob offer to let them in and help to serve them.. Today they want both to stand in the queue to wait. Very professional.

β β β β β My account got hacked and lost money. Money was withdrawn without 2fa.Uob need 3 months to investigate. After 3 months never got back to me on outcome. Irresponsible and arrogant service. Closing all accounts with them.
