I purchased slipcovers from Queeniture which is one of the companies under UPINUS PTE.LTD. The website indicated the items were in stock and the address of the company was listed as San Bernadino, CA. It took 2 months to receive the merchandise because it was "in stock" in Vietnam! Due to the delay, I tried to cancel the order on several occasions but was told I could not cancel, but I could return the product after it was received. The product itself was unacceptable. The colors were much less vibrant than the internet pictures. When I asked for a return authorization, I was told the product had to be returned to Vietnam at my expense!!!! Their website does say that returns will be at my expense but there is NOTHING that says anything about Vietnam. Although I will be getting a refund of $150.00 for the merchandise, the cost to ship it back to Vietnam was $63.25!!! Do NOT ORDER from this company unless you are prepared to send your returns back to Vietnam.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are scam artists . I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my product . I put a stop payment with my financial institution I hope it works because I did that PayPal has stopped my investigation . I just found out therefore you cannot do both you cannot put a claim in PayPal and tell your financial institution of the scam . I might be out of money I'll take it as a learning experience these people are deplorable . When I purchased it there was no confirmation email no contact I called the number it was importing say nobody was there and then I found out the company is four people

I ordered a Bra on 4/18/2020, I never once received any confirmation email nor did I receive a tracking number.I paid for it with PayPal and I used it to contact the seller and one time they emailed me to tell me that the Covid was a problem but still no one got back to me about the tracking or if the order was filled at all. Once I put a dispute on the order to get my money back I got my package a week and a half later on June 2, 2020. This is just shy of 2 months to get my order and with no information other than a charge on my Credit card. This is during the Covid19 epidemic and one might say that was the reason, but communication is key for any business and there was very little.

No star. I ordered bras from an ad on Facebook. The quality of the products is inferior, not even close to the ad. The vendor didn't give me a receipt, tracking, email, nor packing slip. It took weeks to get the bras. When I got them, I was very disappointed. I called the credit card company, filed a dispute against the merchant, Upinus Pte. Ltd.. Upinus responded to Capital One. The Capital One will rebill me again because they reverse the first charge $116.44. No stars! This is a scam. Goods were advertised as 100% guarantee for returns. This is not true and the company use China addresses and names and ones in Vietnam to add layers of confusion. Returns address is UK but then they deny knowledge of the address. Paypal offer no redress and this company must know that. Paypal perpetuate this scam. Buyer beware!! I now have no goods, they were returned to the UK address and no refund.

ordered- received a tracking number that did not work. product billed to my credit card on 5/3/2020. Put a dispute in with credit card company after not receiving after 3 weeks. Now rec'd product on 6/23/2020. Cannot find where to return product except singapore address. No contact with company whatsoever. Product shipped no where near correct size . No label in product to tell size or anything about product. I guess I will do as everyone else. Just lose my money for a product I cannot use. Learning experience- never order anything off facebook. And no this company does not even 1 star. A negative 20 stars

I ordered sofa covers from their online link. Took more than 2 months to arrive. Quality terrible, color completely off, seams do not line up and they do not fit. Most importantly there was no documentation with the order, no receipt, no info for return. Working through my credit card company to get these items back to UPINUSPTELT

It has been 6 weeks since I placed an order for a gym bag. I received no acknowledgement of the order nor have I received the merchandise; however, I was billed on my credit card immediately. There was no contact information provided so I could not check on delivery. Called my credit card company to begin a dispute. They were very accommodating. I will not do business with this company again.
