β β β β β Mason and Smith is the only place I trust when it comes to maintaining my shoes. They have a shoeshine WORLD champion (soon to be 2) that will give your shoes a mirror shine guaranteed to make your encik jealous. They also offer professional repair services that cater to all kinds of shoe needs, no matter the problem. I once brought in a crepe sole boot that had become sticky and they experimented with sourcing a special antistick coating to apply which ended up working out well. These guys really take pride in their craft while providing excellent service. They also carry top of the line formal shoes from UK and Japan for those who only settle for the best. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants their shoes well taken care of to give this place a try!!

β β β β β Fantastic service & workmanship provided on both pairs of suede boots that I have sent for fixing due to my poor maintenance. My black suede Tods boots came back looking even better than when I had first bought them off a re-seller! Shout out to Nikole who have been patiently answering my questions about shoe maintenance from the very beginning. The shoes were delivered to my doorstep way earlier than I had expected plus they were packed in such a professional manner!
Fantastic location with an awesome cafe (Maxi coffee bar) located beside them!

β β β β β I brought my husband's shoes in for a shine and discovered this amazingly quaint store. The derbies I sent in were returned to us with a beautiful mirror shine, perfectly moisturized, and they smelled great too.
We moved to Singapore over a half-decade ago and it's been hard to find a shoe smith that we can trust with our precious shoes. On a separate occasion, I brought in a pair of old Gucci loafers which were close to being destroyed after a long hike in Bandung (yes. it was an impromptu trip), and it was restored to a near pristine condition!

β β β β β Top notch service and top not work! I trust all my shoes to these guys as well as my wifeβs shoes as well. They do great work with the leather as well as the soles. They even managed to repair a pair of my wifeβs shoes that 3 other places said couldnβt be fixed! Saved thousands on a new pair! Would recommend to anyone!

β β β β β Sent my shoes in for a thorough cleaning and polishing after 2+ years of collecting dust and mould on my shoe rack. It wasn't cheap, but I would say it was worth every cent - the shoes really pop in every single one of my wedding photos. Service was impeccable and the team clearly is passionate about what they do.
