★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I did not have a good experience during my visits and that made me weary to revisit. But this time, Priyanka who did waxing and threading for me was patient and professional. I have been doing threading and waxing for a few years now and so far she is the only person who did not make any judgemental comments and make me feel bad about myself. I felt so relieved that I met her and for once I could leave a beauty parlour feeling good and not regret paying to end up being judged and piled with self-doubts. Shoutout to Priyanka from Vaishnavi's at Kovan !!

Beauty therapist Bimal is not only highly qualified in her techniques but also her patience and dedication comes across very strongly in her work. Makes customer feel at ease instantly. Lady boss Priyanka is equally friendly and highly accommodating. I highly recommend taking a trial for new customers and long term packages for existing customers. Kudos Vaishnavi Beauty. Way to go!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here a few times and had good experiences. The last time I was here, the beautician cut my eyelid and then denied it even though there was a visible cut on my eye lid and it hurt. Was disappointed that quality was compromised since there was another customer waiting so the beautician might have been rushing. Hoping this was a one-off incident and the future visits are better!
