★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is great but the workers are lousy. Just a few hours ago.. I ordered snack thru foodpanda. A total of 33 items and they only sent me 7 bloody items and charged me $5 delivery. My adv is don't order stuffs from them. I'm having issues now with foodpanda as I used voucher to pay. Bloody pinoys srsly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Value Shop at Jurong Point on 14 May at about 11am. I was looking for ferrero rocher, I can’t find and I approached a staff. She then said ‘Is all outside, you cannot see is it?’ with a rude attitude. If I’m able to find it myself, I wouldn’t have approached her already. I was so frustrated and I approached a cashier, the lady told me that the rude staff is actually the manager. That made me curious, why is it a staff have a better customer service than a manager who should be well-trained than a normal staff? As a regular customer, I am seriously disappointed with the service. I seriously hope that the company should really look into this matter to prevent more of customer dissatisfaction.
